If you’re excited about combining software engineering, AI, data, and real-world impact, this is your opportunity to help transform one of the world’s most essential industries.
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack AI Product Engineer who wants to build technology with real-world impact.
At YieldComputer, we’re helping drive the digital transformation of the soft fruit industry. As growers face increasing pressure from labor shortages, sustainability requirements, crop protection challenges, and demanding retail supply chains, data-driven cultivation is becoming essential.
Our platform helps growers improve harvest forecasting, enabling them to optimize resources, improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
This is not another SaaS dashboard.
This is a solution that directly influences decisions made by growers every day.
We’re looking for an experienced software engineer who enjoys working across product, architecture, and engineering.
You’ll play a key role in shaping both our platform and the way we develop software as a team.
We’re particularly interested in someone who understands that AI is changing software development fundamentally, but also understands that great software still requires strong engineering principles, clear architecture, and disciplined execution.
You won’t just build features.
You’ll help define how a modern AI-first engineering team operates.
As a Senior Fullstack AI Product Engineer, you’ll work across our entire platform:
AI is deeply embedded in our development process.
We work extensively with Claude Code and have already automated significant parts of our software development workflow.
However, we’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to “vibe code.”
We’re looking for an engineer who understands how to leverage AI responsibly and effectively at scale.
You will help us:
You understand that the quality of AI-generated software depends heavily on the quality of requirements, specifications, prompts, and test cases.
You know how to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios that enable AI tools to produce reliable outcomes.
Our goal is not to generate more code.
Our goal is to build better software, faster.
We believe the best products emerge when software engineering, data science, analytics, and domain expertise work together.
You’ll work closely with:
Together we build forecasting solutions that combine software, data engineering, machine learning, and practical industry knowledge.
We value collaboration across disciplines and people who enjoy connecting technology to real customer outcomes.
Our current stack includes:
Experience with every technology is not required. Strong engineering fundamentals, architectural thinking, and a willingness to learn are far more important.
You are an experienced software engineer who:
Most importantly, you’re curious, pragmatic, and motivated by solving meaningful problems.
We are looking for someone within commuting distance of Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
If you’re excited about combining software engineering, AI, data, and real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Let’s discuss how you can help shape the future of data-driven cultivation.
Please note:
We are not interested in approaches from recruitment agencies. We already work with a small number of trusted recruitment partners and are not looking to expand that network.
