Sales Manager – Help Farmers Grow Smarter & Reduce Food Waste with AI

We’ve been working together since 2019, and with a passionate, multidisciplinary team of 12 people, we’re now ready to scale.

Your role

As our Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of building YieldComputer’s sales engine across Europe. You will:

• Build, manage, and grow a high-quality sales pipeline
• Turn leads into long-term, trusted customer partnership
• Expand relationships with existing customers and increase account valu
• Represent YieldComputer at industry events and trade show
• Play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy as one of our first senior sales hires

Must-Have Skills

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in:

• 10+ years in the commercial agricultural sector with a sales network in The Netherlands and Southern Europe
• 5+ years of software sales experience with measurable success
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication in English (Spanish proficiency highly preferred)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in agri-tech, horticulture, or sustainability-focused solution
• Familiarity with soft fruit growing or crop management systems
• An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with autonomy, growth, and building new processes
