Purposes of data processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Company name and details (insofar as these are personal data)  

• Title, first name, last name, gender, date of birth, address, postal code, place of residence, (mobile) telephone number and similar data (e.g. e-mail address) of the contact person required for communication

• Linkedin address

• Bank account number of our client  

• IP addresses  

• (Marketing) permission(s)  

• Location data  

• Information about your activities on our website and in our e-mailings

• Internet browser and device type  

• Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone

Retention periods

We do not store your data any longer than necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this privacy and cookie statement.

Disclosure of data to third parties

We do not provide your data to third parties without your prior consent. Exceptions to this are if it is necessary in the context of the performance of our services and/or agreement or if we are obliged to do so on the basis of the law.

Security  

YieldComputer has taken appropriate security measures to limit misuse of, and unauthorized access to, your personal data. This is how we ensure that:  

• only persons have access to your data for whom this is necessary from their role;

• access to your data is protected;  

• our security measures are regularly monitored.  

In addition, we use SSL certificates for the secure transmission of your data and communications.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer by your browser. YieldComputer uses Google Analytics so that Google can help us understand how our website is being used, to provide us with reports about the website and to provide us with information about the effectiveness of our campaigns. The information we obtain in this process, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transmitted to Google. On 22 October 2024, we entered into a processing agreement with Google in which agreements are laid down about the handling of the collected data. In this agreement, we have not allowed Google to use the information obtained for other Google services. However, Google may provide information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
